SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with a flat rate of $8, and each order comes with a tracking number. In-stock items will ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, international shipping may be available upon request on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your needs. Note: Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will vary based on your country's regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved, All Sales are Final. Please make sure to consider your purchase carefully before placing an order, especially for size-specific jewelry.
We take great care in packaging to prevent any shipping damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the item and the packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, whether it's a repair or replacement if possible.

Lost or delayed packages: Once shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. However, we will provide tracking information for your convenience.
